Our warranty covers both parts and labor for a period of 5 years or up to 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Here’s an explanation of what our warranty entails:

  2. Duration: The warranty period extends for a duration of 5 years from the date of the repair or until your vehicle reaches 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This means that if any issues arise with the repaired component during this time, you can bring your vehicle back to our shop for a complete resolution.

  3. Repairs: If any part covered by our warranty fails or malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. Our highly trained technicians will handle the necessary repairs to ensure that your vehicle is back in optimal working condition.

  4. Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, simply bring your vehicle to our auto repair shop and provide proof of purchase or repair. Our staff will evaluate the issue and, if it falls within the warranty coverage, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements. Please note that warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.

  5. Exclusions: It is important to note that our warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by accidents, improper maintenance, neglect, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or any modifications made to the repaired component. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to any parts or labor provided by other shops or individuals.

Here’s how Technet Roadside Assistance typically works:

  1. Coverage: When you receive service or repairs at a Technet shop, you may be eligible for complimentary roadside assistance. The specific coverage and benefits may vary depending on the participating repair shop and their program terms.
  2. Emergency Services: In case of a breakdown, you can contact the Technet Roadside Assistance hotline, which is available 24/7. A trained representative will assist you and dispatch the appropriate service provider to your location.
  3. Services Provided: Technet Roadside Assistance typically covers a range of services, which may include:
    • Towing: If your vehicle is unable to be driven, Technet Roadside Assistance can arrange for towing to the nearest Technet repair facility or another designated location within a specified distance.
    • Battery Service: If your vehicle’s battery dies, they can provide jump-start services or arrange for a battery replacement.
    • Flat Tire Assistance: If you have a flat tire, they can dispatch a service provider to either repair or replace the tire.
    • Lockout Service: If you accidentally lock your keys inside the vehicle, Technet Roadside Assistance can arrange for a locksmith to assist in gaining access.

Program Coverage

Road Hazard Tire Protection provides three years of prorated coverage on your new tire purchase. Coverage is limited to the original selling price or the replacement selling price, whichever is less; and cannot exceed $399.99 per tire. Coverage is for 3 years or down to 2/32nds tread wear, whichever comes first. Road Hazard protection covers:

  • Punctures
  • Nails or Glass Damage
  • Bruise or Breaks
  • Potholes or Curb Damage
  • During the first 12 months, coverage includes flat tire changing assistance up to $75 and flat tire repair up to $25 per incident.

    How to Obtain Service

    Give us a call and we will take care of you!

    If you are more than 25 miles from us, you must contact the Warranty Administrator at (866) 588-0728 prior to any warranty repair work being performed. You will be directed to the nearest participating service center location. If there are no participating locations in your area, you may take your vehicle to a non-participating service center in your area.
